Happy birthday to us! This month we celebrated our 6th birthday with a jam jar relay at Pomphrey Hill. There were some “sticky” moments as teams picked their distances out and ran against each other to cover all the distances in the shortest possible time. It was a warm spring evening and we celebrated after with a fab cake made by EGRC’s bake off champ, Emily Jeffries.  

We’ve also ran the second of our friendly mile time trials which is no doubt helping with all the races our runners have been in. Our next one is on the 17th June and by that time we’ll be half way through the six runs - who’s going to be our biggest improver this year?
