An update from Social Secretary - Jules Dunn
Hello all! We have the EGRC Charity Easter Quiz coming up on Friday April 3rd at Pomphrey Hill Pavilions - arrive 7pm for 7.30pm start. Check out the event page on Facebook here
Please come along and support our charity of the year, Feed the Homeless. £2 per person (pay on the door) / max 6 per team.
Bring your team or join a table. Learn useless trivia and win some very small prizes!
We’ve had some raffle prizes donated already which is great news but if you have any unwanted gifts, you’d like to add to help raise funds, please let me know!
Other EGRC social plans currently in the pipeline are……a summer EGRC BBQ birthday party, a possible bike ride, a skittles evening and a couple of away runs under discussion. Add to that, suggestions of an EGRC hike (which may involve a pub or two).
Apologies for mentioning this so early – but we have a date for the Christmas party so no excuse not to add it to your diary! The big day is Thursday 10th December and it will be held at the Kendleshire Golf Club - more detail to follow closer to the time.
