February or Debruary, as Neil re-christened it, saw the first of our six Friendly Mile time trials. Forty seven runners and pacers took part on an evening where we weren’t battered by rain, wind or hail which made a welcome change!

The point of competition is to celebrate the best improvement, so each friendly mile time trial is an opportunity to benchmark progress. For a couple of our runners it was the first time they’d continuously ran a mile! We’re all looking forward to seeing them smash their new PB next time!

And finally, I loved seeing everyone’s posts for Debruary - well done to everyone who entered. I don’t think I missed commenting on anyone’s but if I did then 👏👏😀👍 to you!
