Due to heavy rain recently, the route we had intended to use for the Parlauf session has become very muddy. Therefore, to save your trainers, we have taken the decision to postpone the session.
In place of Parlauf will be a Speed Endurance session. The Speed Endurance is aimed at prolonging the amount of time at which a near optimal speed can be maintained. This is particularly useful for those running short distances, but will be of benefit to those running longer distances as well.
This session is suitable for all standards of runner as efforts phases will be at the runners choice of pace.
