I joined EGRC in June this year, best thing I ever did, great bunch of people and varied runs.
Really friendly bunch of runners offering support without pressure. First time I’ve joined any kind of sports club. If you’re interested in running or keen to get into it then pop along.
My partner and I joined last night and got stuck into the 87654321 Fartlek session….. Very good evening and well supported, lots of friendly people there, can only see this encouraging us to become even more competitive
