Flying 30s

5th May 2016 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Flying 30s are sprint drills which get the athlete to focus on relaxation, stride length and stride rate (but you’ll only run as fast or slow as you wish to). Flying 30s will be followed by some low hurdle drills to encourage knee lift. There will be an alternative option of a looped run for this who do not wish to sprint.
