This session, replacing the “Out & Back” session originally scheduled for this date, will be led by Alan Thomas, an England Athletics Running Coach.
Strength and Conditioning training will be incorporated:
1) within a running session on a flat(ish) field
2) as a hill section as part of a 3/5 mile run
Please note that Alan aims to demonstrate both types of session on this evening.
The session is open to both members and guests (on payment of their £1 guest fee) but under 18s are not permitted to participate.
This session is likely to finish later than our normal finish time of around 8.00pm so please factor this in.
Alan will stay behind after the session to answer any running-related questions runners have.
