Captain's Corner

Hi Everyone, we would like to introduce ourselves as the new EGRC captains.

A little bit about us: We are husband and wife who joined the best running club in the world 3 years ago, neither of us have been running for a particularly long time, Jack first took up running a little less than 4 years ago when we first met, Emily has been running for slightly longer, but we well and truly caught the bug when we joined EGRC.

We now absolutely love running and pre covid times we spent a lot of our time travelling the country and sometimes the world to take part in races: we even got engaged at the end of the Walt Disney World half marathon!

We are really looking forward to taking on the role of club captains and hope that our love for running will help us to be successful in this role!

We hope to see you all very again soon whether that be at one of the club nights when they return or at the start line of a race.
