Hello everyone

I hope you're enjoying your running and the gradually increasing freedoms we now have. Who knew that a long-awaited hair appointment* could be the high point of the year when usually it's races, holidays, gigs and whatever else does it for you! 

Sixteen weeks have now passed since Neil and I stood outside the changing room to say our club sessions were cancelled. I'd never thought it would be for that length of time but hopefully we will be getting news soon of a move back to some bigger group runs, instead of the sixes currently allowed.  

Until then, stay safe and keep posting the pictures of route pursuits, championship races and all your other runs - always good to see the miles and smiles!

*For the hairless amongst EGRC substitute with pub / football game etc 😉
