Up and Coming News

It's been great to see large numbers of runners continuing to come out during the cold and wet autumn evenings. Our loop and scoop session, intervals and runs around various neighbourhoods are providing some variety to keep everyone motivated and we are happy to hear of routes or other ideas people have, so please let us know.

Up and Coming runners have been busy on the racing front with people taking on lots of different challenges such as Sodbury Slog, and Cardiff and Oxford half marathons for the first time. Well done to everyone who has pushed themselves to train for a new challenge this year. You could well be the inspiration for someone else doing this in 2020!
